>:(Man all you people out there that got lifting buddies are surely blessed! I been trying for years to set up a team of some kind it just don't work out around here too well. Too many undedicated folks. The last college I was at I was the only person I saw who did squats or deadlifts or the only person that came in on a regular basis. I know this sounds whiny but what the hell is the world coming to? Kids are getting lazy as heck. Well what I guess what I am trying to say is that powerlifting is a very dedicated kind of sport I seen football players that slack off and dont practice hard that can play well but if you dont workout you wont do worth a crap in powerlifting. Powerlifters are truly another breed. They are truly dedicated and very intense. I wish more people would share in the best and strongest sport in the world!

I know what you mean, I have tried to get several guys to come lift with me, there like ok ok, then they never show up, they would rather go drinking then do a little work. Then i am afraid if someone does start lifting with me they will drive me crazy and want to do some body building crap.
